Subscriptions & Billing Some features of the Service require payment via a subscription plan. By subscribing, you: Agree to recurring charges for your plan. Authorize Clipsly to charge your chosen payment method. Understand that subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. We reserve the right to update fees with prior notice. Intellectual Property All clipsly.me content, code, images, widgets, branding, and systems are the Intellectual Property of Clipsly Digital Hub and/or its licensors. You may not modify, reproduce, resell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from our content or software without explicit permission. Your use of the Service grants you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use our chatbot and widgets in accordance with your subscription. 8. User Content By submitting Content via our Service: You retain ownership rights. You grant Clipsly a global, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and display the content as necessary to provide the Service. You confirm that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights or violate laws. We reserve the right to remove any content found offensive or unlawful. 9. Prohibited Actions You agree not to: Use the Service for unlawful purposes. Upload harmful code, viruses, or spam. Attempt unauthorized access to the platform. Impersonate another person or business. Resell or sublicense the Service unless explicitly agreed. Misuse may result in suspension or termination of your account. 10. Third-Party Services & Analytics We use third-party tools such as: Google Analytics - Privacy Mixpanel - Opt-out These tools monitor usage and generate platform insights. 11. Your use of AI-generated content is at your own discretion and risk. You acknowledge that AI suggestions are not professional or legal advice. 13. Termination Clipsly may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or pose a threat to the Service integrity. You may stop using the Service at any time. 14. You are also responsible for complying with data privacy laws if you use the chatbot to collect data from your own users or customers. 15. Law & Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR (or other applicable jurisdiction as later updated on the site). Disputes may be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in Hong Kong, or another jurisdiction mutually agreed upon. 16. Changes to T&C We may modify these Terms.
